Your own soundtrack
I've been playing GuildWars since Beta now, and now I'm getting more and more irritated by hearing the same soundtracks over and over again.
My idea/suggestion now is to add another folder to GW, in which you can add/delete soundtracks which u would like to here during the game. And while you are in the game, it might be an idea to add a new menu (like Skills, Guild, Hero, Quest Log) in which you can manage your soundtracks. There are keys like 'T' or 'Y', which aren't in use atm, so one of those might be a good hotkey to open this 'soundtrack' menu. Just open the menu and click the song you would like to play next.
I hope this could be included in some patch in the future, just for the people who have their own soundtracks they would like to play during GW. This ofcourse should stay optional as I'm sure that there are many people who like it just the way it is.

well you obviously know people are gonna make the smart "butt" remark of "Just open itunes or media player and minimize it" Yea thats what i do but it would take up less memory if you could have a folder to store soundtrack and itd be alot more convenient. Plus sometimes when i have itunes in the background the music starts to get staticy, sometimes.

nah, i just mean the soundtracks you have bought/downloaded yourself and placed on the pc. Buying those soundtracks which GW offers you are almost exactly the same, and it's all the same kind of theme. I'm thinking of farming while listening to 50 Cent :P. And yeah, it is of course possible to let another program run through it, which lets you listen to music, but it causes lags and they really can slow down the performances of the game.

pfft...Just open itunes or media player and minimize it.
nah I'm joking, well, it's better that Anet develops this feature, rather than getting some hacker to do it for you... and then get your account banned for botting^^.
